Ebbor finds exceptional plants in remarkable landscapes: cultivated in fields and orchards, gathered from hedgerows and wild places. We bring each harvest to our farm in Somerset, where it is preserved and composed with care.
A plant begins to change the moment it is picked. Every limited edition is designed to carry its flavour, aroma and natural character from that fleeting moment into the bottle.
